Terms of Service
Last updated April 12, 2026
Welcome to ChatApp. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ChatApp’s applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using ChatApp, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Send spam, malware, or content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or to train machine learning models without our written permission.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or share through the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant ChatApp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of sharing it. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant the license above.
5. AI features
ChatApp offers AI-powered features such as message enhancement, summaries, and bots. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review AI-generated content before relying on it, and you remain responsible for how you use it.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are described at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatApp and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChatApp is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
